Summary:

All’s fair in love…and matchmaking!

Sierra Kent doesn’t do love.

While she embraces the quaintness of her home town Love and delights in matchmaking her clients through her Internet dating agency Love Byte, she doesn’t trust her intuition when it comes to the one emotion that has repeatedly let her down.

City-slick Marc Fairley, CEO of LA’s premier acquisition company, doesn’t have time for Love.

From the minute he enters the kitschy town he can’t wait to hotfoot back to LA with his deranged mother in tow.

Instead, he gets roped into the town’s Love Fest hoopla, investigates the shady farmer his mom is engaged to, berates his butler for a mad crush on a brash Aussie waitress, and finds himself falling for the brazen red-head who continually baits him.

His life couldn’t get any crazier.

Until he discovers in exacting revenge on his father and achieving his lifelong goals, he may lose the one thing he values most…

Can Sierra and Marc create enough sparks to send Love up in flames?
And prove that winning isn’t everything in the love stakes, it’s how you play the game.

Review:

Crazy Love by Nicola Marsh is one of those sweet, romantic books that leaves you feeling all sappy inside. And fitting because this book is all about love. Not just the crazy, insane, heart fluttery emotion- but also about the town. That’s right, Mrs. Marsh’s book takes place in a town called, Love.

Sierra runs an internet dating site called Love Byte. She’s Love’s resident match maker. So when Mark comes to town, not only is she attracted to him, but she wants nothing more than to dislike him. Mark isn’t there to find love in Love. He’s there to stop his mother from marrying someone he thinks is a mistake. As if farmer Hank could be a mistake!

Mark & Sierra make a deal; Mark has to stay in town for one week with no interference with wedding- from either of them- so he can see just how in love his mother is and how the town has been good for her. Olivia, Mark’s mother, didn’t exactly have the best relationship with Mark’s father.

As the week progresses, so does the budding relationship between Sierra and Mark. But in the midst of his stay, he learns that his company, an acquisitions firm, has Sierra’s company on its radar. Uh oh. Does Mark make the deal, securing his spot as the number one company- taking the glory from his father- or does he way lay business for his feelings for Sierra.
Isn’t that the million-dollar question.

What I loved about Crazy Love is that it’s not just a story about Sierra and Mark. You have the married couple to be, Olivia and Hank, who deal with their own issues. Marrying so late in life, a second time for both. A son intent on ending the fairy tale marriage and secrets of their own that threaten to tear them apart.

Add in Sierra’s no nonsense Aussie neighbor Flo and Mark’s personal right hand man, William, as another love story begins in a town infamous for love.

Three love stories wrapped in one great book and you’ll be wishing you had a one way ticket to Love.
