We sat down with Tara Kelly, author of AMPLIFIED. Tara put on her iTunes to give us her on random because she has too many songs to choose from. So, her lyrics are a little…random.
What inspired you to write AMPLIFIED?
When the big hand speaks, it’s like fireworks in heaven. So you listen. Don’t think.

Are there any more in the series, if so how many?
I’ll be back, don’t worry.
~Flame Thrower by Econoline Crush. That’s pretty vague, huh? I’d like to write more books about C-Side, but that depends on how well Amplified does and my publisher.
If so, have you planned the entire storyline, and do you know how it’s going to end?
I make it one. Watch the sun sink behind the trees with the keys to the kingdom.
~Keys to the Kingdom by UNKLE. Which basically means…I have no idea how it’s going to end yet.
Was there any particular scene/chapter that was your favorite to write?
Definitely the performance scenes. I loved writing about the music C-Side made together.
Which books are you reading right now?
Sadly I’m not reading anything right now. I’m pretty busy with my day job and editing manuscripts.
What’s next on the agenda?
World domination. Okay, you probably want a serious answer. I’ve completed another book, and I’m working on a WIP I’m very excited about. It’s a psychological thriller.
Tell us one thing about AUTHOR that we won’t be able to find on the Internet?
I have this secret desire to be a flight attendant. If only I didn’t have this pesky fear of flying…
