Who said marriage had to be convenient?
LA party planner Poppy Collins has kept her secret side business – planning divorce parties as the Divorce Diva – a close secret, but keeping her business afloat is proving tougher by the day. When her sister’s divorce party gives Poppy the opportunity to save the day and boost her business, Poppy approaches Vegas golden boy Beck Blackwood for help. But this time, she’s about to get way more than she bargained for…
Beck knows Poppy’s secret, and he’s not afraid to use it to get exactly what he wants – a wife. With his reputation and business expansion plans on the line, the only way he can repair the damage is by getting hitched, and fast. And if blackmail is the only way to get Poppy to the altar, then so be it…
But they’re in the city of high stakes, and Poppy has a few aces up her sleeve. Now it’s time to find out if they’re playing to win… or if they’re playing for keeps.
Review:
If you love romantic comedies, like I do, you’ll want to scoop this one up ASAP!
Poppy is a female lead who I can get behind. Sassy, sexy and gives it to Beck as good as she gets it. Neither is looking for marriage or even love, which makes the novel that much more endearing. Her job as a divorce planner doesn’t exactly give the impression of a girl looking for her Prince Charming and her Happily Ever After….
Until billionaire Beck waltzes into her life and sparks fly, and kaboom, their witty banter, off the charts chemistry and romantic situations leads where neither of them wanted. Love.
All in all this was a delightful romance that keeps you laughing out loud and satisfied through the end.

This summer turned out to be rather dull for a lot of people in the world this year – depending on the climate in which they live. This book looks like the perfect read to liven up a dull, disappointing day.
I absolutely love the idea of a marriage of convenience turning into a passionate, romantic relationship. In fact, I’ve seen it happen several times in India, where I happen to live.
I love romantic comedies in books and movies. I loved Ms. Marsh’s book Busted in Bollywood. Thanks!
The book sounds good.
This sounds like a great read for a HOT Texas day when you just are not up to
a lot of activity and you just want to stay indoors in the A/C! I just added this
book to my TBR list. Thanks, Ms. Nicola !

I love books set in Las Vegas. The lights, the thrills, the high stakes all make for a great backdrop to falling in love! Plus, Nicola Marsh writes such great stories so I think I need to get this book asap
